Studies prove that employees who are made to feel valued in the workplace are more efficient and productive, have higher morale and a positive attitude, and even call in sick less frequently. It seems that the more positive feedback, the harder they work for the company. It only makes sense - after all, everyone needs to know that their efforts are appreciated.
Starting on April 23rd, Administrative Professionals Appreciation Week gives us the perfect opportunity to convey gratitude to all of our amazing employees. They are dedicated to making our businesses run smoothly every day, and we couldn't do it without them. In order to celebrate their commitment, Julia's Florist recommends desktop plants and floral designs to brighten any workspace - these beautiful gifts are sure to make their day and assure them that they are always appreciated!
