Okay, you can’t actually win Secret Santa, the group gift swap where the gifter conceals their identity from the giftee. But you can provide a thoughtful, crowd-pleasing gift that no one could possibly turn down. Instead of going the joke route – or the bottle of wine route – elect to give something that will have all the other participants swooning.

We’re thinking of something like our Classic Brownie Dozen, a box of baked treats that signal all the comfort and sweetness of the holidays. These can be opened and promptly shared among the Secret Santa group, or preserved in the cute box and brought home (and who would blame a person for saving these all for themselves?)

There’s a lot of variety here, too, a key part of a successful gift. Since you may not necessarily know your recipient’s tastes – Secret Santa operates by random assignment, after all – having several options in the box ensures that they’ll find something they love.
